Registration for Medeconomics Live is open to all. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.
Bookings can only be made online. Please visit the events book now page. We are not able to take any registrations over the phone but if you have any problems making your booking online please call +44 (0)20 8267 4064 to speak to a member of the customer services team.
Once you have registered your place online, you will be sent a confirmation email. This will detail your delegate joining instructions (including access to the digital platform and a user guide) and your place is confirmed. If you have not received your confirmation email 48 hours after submission of your booking, please contact the customer services team on +44 (0)20 8267 4011 as there may be a problem with your booking. Haymarket Events are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information. Haymarket Events reserves the right to decline any booking at any time.
Cancellations received on or before 1 September are subject to a fee of £10 per delegate, which will be deducted from any due refund or invoice, whichever is appropriate.
Cancellations received after 1 September are subject to the full fee that is payable for the conference. All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure that we have received the cancellation. Places are transferable at no extra charge.
Yes, places are transferable at no extra charge. Please note that replacement delegate nominations must be made before the conference date. Replacement delegates will not be accepted on the day.
No, your colleague must also register.
Speaker audio/slide presentations will be available to MIMS Learning subscribers following the conference on the MIMS Learning website*. If you are not already a subscriber you can find more details here.
*Where the speaker has given consent for their audio/slide presentations to be shared post-event.
Attending the digital event
Medeconomics Live 2020 will be delivered digitally, via a bespoke event platform. Joining instructions and a user guide will be sent to your registered email address ahead of the event.

The conference starts at 9am and finishes at 4:30pm, Friday 23rd October 2020.

Please note that speakers are sometimes prevented from attending for personal or business reasons. Although we do endeavour to find suitable replacements of a similar calibre, we cannot guarantee any specific case studies, speakers or sessions. We appreciate your understanding and ask you to check the website regularly for updates.
Certificates of attendance will be issued after the conference and sent to your registered email address, within three working days after the event.
