Registration for Medeconomics Live is open to all. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion.
Bookings can only be made online. Please visit the events book now page. We are not able to take any registrations over the phone but if you have any problems making your booking online please call +44 (0)20 8267 4064 to speak to a member of the customer services team.
Once you have registered your place online, you will be sent a confirmation email. This will detail your delegate joining instructions (including venue information, map etc) and your place is guaranteed. If you have not received your confirmation email 48 hours after submission of your booking, please contact the customer services team on +44 (0)20 8267 4011 as there may be a problem with your booking. Haymarket Events are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of information. Haymarket Events reserves the right to decline any booking at any time.
Cancellations received on or before Friday 1 May are subject to a fee of £45 per delegate, which will be deducted from any due refund or invoice, whichever is appropriate.
Cancellations received after Friday 1 May are subject to the full fee that is payable for the conference. All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is the booker’s responsibility to ensure that we have received the cancellation. Places are transferable at no extra charge.
Yes, places are transferable at no extra charge. Please note that replacement delegate nominations must be made before the conference date. Replacement delegates will not be accepted on the day.
No, your colleague must also register.

If you do have a dietary requirement please make sure that you have let us know before the event otherwise we cannot guarantee that catering can be provided for you on the day.

Registration for the event opens at 9am. The conference starts at 9.30am.
Please bring your booking confirmation email with you to the conference. Please note if you do not bring a copy of your confirmation, you will need to show us a form of identification to gain access to the event.

A cloakroom is available; please note, however, that items are left at your own risk.
Please note that speakers are sometimes prevented from attending for personal or business reasons. Although we do endeavour to find suitable replacements of a similar calibre, we cannot guarantee any specific case studies, speakers or sessions. We appreciate your understanding and ask you to check the website regularly for updates
On the day of the conference you will receive a documentation pack with the updated agenda, venue information.
Yes there is free wi-fi access on site. The wi-fi password will be provided to you in the delegate documentation pack, which you will receive on the day of the conference.
Certificates of attendance will be issued after the conference and sent to your registered email address, within three working days after the event.
Your delegate badge may, with your permission, be scanned by exhibiting companies in the exhibition hall and at sponsored sessions. If you allow your badge to be scanned, you agree for those companies to contact you about their products, events and/or services – some of which may be promotional in nature, this overrides any previous opt outs given at the time of registration. If you do not wish to be contacted by our exhibiting companies you have the right to not have your badge scanned when visiting stands in the exhibition hall or attending sponsored sessions. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the sponsor.
Yes, the hotel has an underground car park. Parking is charged at £3.50 per hour.
